Format:
Individual coaching combines intensive reflection sessions with body-based boxing sessions to effectively link mental, emotional and physical processes.
- Conversations: In my coaching rooms in Händelstraße or at your premises
- Boxing units: Together with an experienced female boxer in a martial arts studio - physically active, personalised, also suitable for beginners
- Duration: 60-90 minutes per unit
