Why strategic boxing coaching?
01
Thinking, feeling and acting
Strategic box coaching creates new connections between thinking, feeling and acting and gives access to your own attitudes, values and feelings. It enables and strengthens the formulation of individual goals.
02
Growth and development
Strategic boxing coaching helps you to leave behind ingrained patterns and engage in development: the ability to occupy your own space leads to sustainable personal growth.
03
Courage, self-confidence and security
Strategic boxing coaching activates courage, self-confidence and provides security in conflict situations; concentration and the ability to focus are promoted.
Why strategic boxing coaching for women?
Women in particular benefit from strategic boxing coaching, as it teaches the skills and techniques needed to take up the necessary space in the professional environment, to clearly formulate goals and not to avoid confrontations and conflict situations, but to use them to their advantage. In this way, HR managers can empower female employees and managers to position themselves authentically and strategically.

FAQ
Strategic boxing coaching is a body-based coaching format. Boxing serves as a medium for visualising and expanding leadership, decision-making and action patterns. The focus is not on athletic performance, but on the conscious connection between body, thinking and feeling.
The format is aimed at mentally healthy people - especially women in leadership, decision-making or change situations who want to develop their attitude, clarity and ability to act under pressure.
Whether as an impulse at an event, in a workshop or in individual training - strategic boxing coaching follows a clear structure: arrival and thematic focussing, boxing-based exercise sequences (e.g. with claws or in dosed contact), reflection and transfer to everyday professional or personal life.
All exercises are professionally guided, individually adapted and consciously dosed.
No. No previous experience or special fitness is required. Strategic boxing coaching does not promote aggression, but conscious self-regulation. Strength, tension and impulses are recognised, controlled and reflected upon - within a clear, safe framework.
In strategic boxing coaching, there can be conscious, clearly regulated physical contact, e.g. in partner exercises. The contact is transparent, measured and only within the framework of what is right for the person in question.
Workshops can be booked individually and customised. The objective, target group and time frame are jointly agreed in an order clarification. There are also regular open workshops, which are publicised on the website.
One-to-one training is tailored to individual needs and can be calm, reflective or more physically active.
No. Strategic boxing coaching is not a therapeutic programme and does not replace psychotherapy. It is a development and resource-orientated coaching format for mentally healthy people.
